Definitions & Scope

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") apply between the 555r platform and all its users. The following terms are used consistently throughout this document:

"Platform"

The 555r website (https://555r.mom), mobile interface, and all associated digital services are collectively referred to as the "Platform".

"User" / "You"

Any person who has registered on or is using the 555r platform is a "User". Accessing the platform constitutes acceptance of these terms.

"Services"

Sports betting, casino games, live dealer games, slots, virtual games, and all other gaming services available on the platform are included under "Services".

Scope of Application

This Agreement is effective under Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Users are solely responsible for complying with the laws applicable in their own country.

Eligibility & Account Registration

To create an account and use services on 555r, users must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
• You must complete registration with complete and accurate information.
• Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in account closure.
• The name, address, and identity document details provided at registration must be accurate.
• You must agree to complete an identity verification process (KYC) when required.

Account Security

You are responsible for ensuring the security of your account. The following applies to security on 555r:

• Do not share your login credentials (username and password) with anyone.
• Keep your password strong and unique — do not use a password you have used on other sites.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, notify us immediately at [email protected].
• Transferring or selling your account for use by a third party is prohibited.

555r will not be held responsible for account misuse or unauthorized access, unless it is proven to have been caused entirely by a fault in our platform.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Financial transactions on the 555r platform are governed by the following rules:

Accepted Payment Methods

555r currently supports transactions through three mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket (Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank).

Minimum Limits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 per method.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Account verification (KYC) must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit — in accordance with anti-money laundering policy.
• Wagering requirements associated with a bonus must be met before withdrawing funds earned from that bonus.
• 555r reserves the right to cancel or suspend a withdrawal if fraudulent activity is suspected.

Bonuses & Promotions

555r offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. The following general terms apply to all bonuses:

Welcome Bonus

New users may receive a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200.
• Deposit ৳26,000 or more and receive the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳41,000.

Wagering requirement

Before withdrawing bonus funds, a 25x wagering requirement on the bonus amount must be met. Example: for a ৳1,200 bonus, a total of ৳30,000 (1,200 × 25) must be wagered — the calculation is based on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount.

General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer is applicable once per user.
• Misuse of bonuses or attempting to claim bonuses through fraudulent means may result in account termination.
• 555r reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• Bonus offers may have a specific expiry period — expired bonuses are cancelled automatically.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 555r platform. Any such activity may result in account termination and forfeiture of all funds:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using any form of fraud, manipulation, or software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for the purpose of laundering or transferring illegal funds.
• Multiple Accounts: Operating more than one account under the same person's name or from the same device.
• Third-Party Use: Using another person's account or allowing someone else to use your account.
• Hacking: Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's systems, servers, or network.
• False Information: Providing false or misleading information during registration or identity verification.
• Bonus Abuse: Using deliberate betting strategies to claim the same bonus more than once.

Intellectual Property & Proprietary Rights

All content published on the 555r platform — logos, brand names, designs, text, graphics, software, and other materials — is covered by the exclusive intellectual property rights of 555r.

• Republishing, copying, or distributing any content from the platform without prior written permission is prohibited.
• The intellectual property of game software belongs to the respective game provider companies (such as Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, etc.).
• Viewing or storing a limited amount of content for personal use is permitted.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 555r is not liable for the following:

• Loss caused by technical faults, internet connectivity issues, or server downtime.
• Loss suffered by a user due to third-party actions or fraud.
• Loss or damage resulting from a user's own negligence or breach of these terms.
• Service disruptions caused by natural disasters, pandemics, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Gaming is a recreational activity. Financial risk is inherently involved — the outcome of every bet is uncertain and is not within 555r's control.

Privacy & Data Protection

555r treats the protection of users' personal data as a top priority. Our full policy on data collection and use is described in detail on our Privacy Policy page.

• All data transmission is secured by SSL encryption.
• Users' personal information is not sold to third parties.
• Information may be shared with authorities in cases of legal obligations or anti-fraud investigations.
• Users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data.

Responsible Gaming

555r is committed to responsible gaming. We believe gaming is a form of entertainment, not a solution to financial problems.

• Users can set their own deposit limits, betting limits, or session time limits.

Account Closure & Suspension

555r reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these terms and conditions is violated.

• If an account was created using false or misleading information.
• If the user is identified as a minor.
• Upon instruction from legal authorities.

In the event of account closure, any remaining valid funds will be returned to the user subject to applicable conditions being met. However, this does not apply in cases of fraudulent activity.

Changes & Amendments

555r reserves the right to change or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Regarding changes:

• Users will be notified through the platform in the case of significant changes.
• Continued use of the platform after updated terms have been published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
• If you do not agree with the terms after any changes, please stop using the platform and request that we close your account.

Dispute Resolution

If any dispute arises between 555r and a user, we believe in resolving it through discussion. The dispute resolution process is as follows:

• Step 1: Contact the support team directly — via live chat or email.
• Step 2: If the issue is not resolved through support, submit a formal written complaint.
• Step 3: After a written complaint is submitted, a review will be completed within a specified timeframe.

For complaints regarding game outcomes, 555r's recorded data will be considered the final evidence — unless there is a technical error.
